Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vanilla custard
  • Pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 5 pistachios
  • ¼ cup raspberries

Method

  • Step 1

    Lightly toast the crumpet until golden and warm.

    Spoon the spiced custard over the warm crumpet.

  • Step 4

    Scatter the raspberries on top, letting their juices mingle with the custard.
